Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-120
WHEREAS, the Honorable MARK A. OBER, State Attorney for the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, was previously assigned by Executive Order 01-149, as extended by Executive Orders 03-155, 04-100, 05-95 and 06-119 to the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida to represent the State of Florida concerning postconviction proceedings in the case of State of Florida v. Duane Eugene Owen; and
WHEREAS, the Assigned State Attorney has advised the Governor that the duties required by the previous executive assignment have not yet been completed as this case is currently under appeal with the Supreme ...
