Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-110
WHEREAS, the Honorable BARRY E. KRISCHER, State Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that complaints have been filed against Frank Pennea for financial misconduct - job abandonment, violations of the criminal laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable BARRY E. KRISCHER has also advised the Governor that Frank Pennea is related to an employee in the state attorney's office; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable BARRY E. KRISCHER, to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest or impropriety, has voluntarily disqualified himself and has ...
