Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-121
WHEREAS, the Honorable BERNIE MCCABE, State Attorney for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, was previously assigned by Executive Order 01-253, as extended by Executive Orders 02-192, 03-150, 04-174, 05-172 and 06-185, to the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida to represent the State of Florida in the case of State of Florida v. Oscar Ray Bolin; and
WHEREAS, the Assigned State Attorney has advised the Governor that the duties required by the previous executive assignment have not yet been completed in this case as the defendant will be scheduled for sentencing after August 30, 2007; and
