AS promised last week, two different cinnamon spiced green tomato relishes for meats are featured today .
Shelley Henn was looking for a green tomato relish like her mom used to make that her family ate with meat. She remembered that it had sliced onions, with cinnamon and/or other spices, and was on the sweeter side. Lil Segal of Argyle sent in a recipe printed below. She writes that it is a fast and easy old-time recipe.
Roxie Wilde's recipe is also printed today. She says that her family loves it, especially on roast beef.
