The Iowa Lakes Community College District issued the following news release:

The Iowa Lakes Community College Foundation held its annual golf outing on August 17 at the West Bend Golf & Country Club. Sixty-three golfers hit the links to benefit Palo Alto County residents with scholarships to attend Iowa Lakes.

Flight winners included - Flight 1: John Brown, John Hand, Ruth Hand, Max Strube; Flight 2: Dave Erickson, Kerry Frields, Nate Hudson, Nate Jensen; and Flight 3: Steve Boedecker, Doug Jensen, Rich Higgins and Pat Schumacher. The "high score" team of Baron Brinkman, Julie Olson, Don Pegum Jr., and Heather Fickbohm received "Drown Your Sorrows" beverage tickets.
