Article: Finnish Inventors Develop Location Information Communication System

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- Petri Kokkonen and Jan Ignatius, both of Espoo, Finland, Janne Muhonen of Helsinki, Finland, and Sebastian Kraufvelin of Tenhola, Finland, have developed a method in a communication system for location information.

Said request contains information identifying the requestor of said location information.
