Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-53
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE, State Attorney for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that Timothy Tillman has been arrested for felony murder, vehicular homicide, no Florida driver's license causing death, which resulted from a prior arrest for occupied burglary with battery, false imprisonment and grand theft auto, violations of the criminal laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable KATHERINE FERNANDEZ RUNDLE has also advised the Governor that Timothy Tillman is related to an employee of the state attorney's office; ...
