Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-91
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, was previously assigned by Executive Order 05-99, as extended by Executive Order 06-96 and amended by Executive Order 06-111, to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida to represent the State of Florida concerning a motion for post-conviction relief filed by Robert Medina; and
WHEREAS, the Assigned State Attorney has advised the Governor that the duties required by the previous executive assignment have not yet been completed; and
