Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-93
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that Jude Green and Micah Green have been charged with aggravated battery causing bodily injury, violations of the criminal laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, has also advised the Governor that Jude Green and Micah Green are related to a former employee of the state attorney's office; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest or impropriety, has voluntarily disqualified ...
