Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-90
AMENDING EXECUTIVE ORDER 07-53, 07-64 and 07-73
WHEREAS, Executive Order 07-53, amended by Executive Orders 07-64 and 07-73, assigned the Honorable BARRY E. KRISCHER, State Attorney for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, to the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida to represent the State of Florida regarding Timothy Tillman who has been arrested for felony murder, vehicular homicide, no Florida driver's license causing death, which resulted from a prior arrest for occupied burglary with battery, false imprisonment, grand theft auto and carrying a concealed firearm, violations of the ...
