Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-98
WHEREAS, the Honorable STEPHEN B. RUSSELL, State Attorney for the Twentieth Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that James Edward Boone has been arrested for vehicular homicide, leaving the scene of an accident with a death and two counts of leaving the scene of an accident with serious injury, violations of the criminals laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable STEPHEN B. RUSSELL, has advised that James Edward Boone is related to an employee of the state attorney's office and is a former Hendry County deputy sheriff; and
