Article: EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-33: GOV. CRIST ISSUES EXECUTIVE ORDER THAT EXTENDS ASSIGNMENT OF STATE ATTORNEY HILL

Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:

EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-33

WHEREAS, the Honorable JERRY HILL, State Attorney for the Tenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, was previously assigned by Executive Order 06-64, to the Seventh Judicial Circuit of Florida to represent the State of Florida concerning charges pending against Lisa Tanner and Michael McGuirk; and

WHEREAS, the Assigned State Attorney has advised the Governor that the duties required by the previous executive assignment have not yet been completed in this case; and

WHEREAS, the Assigned State Attorney has further advised the Governor that an extension of this assignment is necessary in order to ...
