Gov. Charlie Crist, R-Fla., has issued the following executive order:
EXECUTIVE ORDER NUMBER 07-43
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, State Attorney for the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, has advised Governor CHARLIE CRIST that Kim Ramasir has been charged with unlawful license tag/sticker and failure to display vehicle registration, violations of the criminal laws of the State of Florida; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, has also advised the Governor that Kim Ramasir is an employee of the state attorney's office; and
WHEREAS, the Honorable MICHAEL J. SATZ, to avoid any appearance of conflict of interest or impropriety, has voluntarily disqualified himself and has ...
