Article: German Inventors Develop Rewiring Plate for Semiconductor Component

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 18 -- Klaus Mueller and Klaus Pressel, both of Regensburg, Germany, Gottfried Beer of Nittendorf, Germany, Jochen Dangelmaier of Beratzhausen, Germany, Alfred Haimerl of Sinzing, Germany, and Manfred Mengel of Bad Abbach, Germany, have developed a flexible rewiring plate for semiconductor components.
