The Kentucky Attorney General issued the following open records decision:
In re: Capitol Publishing/Kentucky State Police
Summary:Because issue presented to Attorney General in open records appeals is the same issue currently before the circuit court, Attorney General determines that it would be improper for his office to attempt to substantively determine that open records issue and declines jurisdiction in the appeals.
