The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission is suing the operator of Hawaii's 7-Eleven stores, saying it improperly disclosed a Haleiwa employee's medical information.
The U.S. EEOC filed suit yesterday in U.S. District Court, alleging that face=+Bold; 7-Eleven of Hawaii Inc.face=-Bold; violated the American Disabilities Act and Civil Rights Act.
