The city of Winston-Salem issued the following news release:
When "Walking with Dinosaurs - The Live Experience" comes to Joel Coliseum next month, ticket-holders will be treated to a breathtaking show that recreates the dinosaurs in all their earth-shaking, awe-inspiring immensity.
For the next three weekends, WSTV 13 is offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how the show's producers achieved the technical and artistic breakthroughs to reproduce these huge creatures with amazing realism and agility. To succeed, they had to invent new ways to build and manipulate creatures that weighed up to 20 tons when they walked the Earth.
