U.S., RUSSIAN COUNTERPARTS SHARE EXPERIENCE THROUGH OPEN WORLD PROGRAM IN CARMEL

The city of Carmel issued the following press release:

Four Russian healthcare leaders participating in the Open World Program will visit with Mayor Jim Brainard at Carmel City Hall on Tuesday, September 18th at 3 p.m. in the Mayor's conference room. The independent Open World Leadership Center at the Library of Congress enables emerging Russian political and civic leaders to work with their US counterparts and experience American-style democracy at the local level. Mayor Brainard will talk with the group about how Carmel's high quality of life helps attract and retain strong corporate partners in our community as well as excellent health care providers for our citizens.
