Eduardo Galeano Views Documentary Films
I recommend three documentary films, which deserve the highest praise and possess similar merits: they're honest and powerful testimonies presented with skill and tenderness. DeNADIE (Belonging to No One), by Tin Dirdamal, recounts the misfortunes of migrants from Honduras and other Central American countries who cross Mexico in search of the North, where they've been promised paradise. The film shows how the ill-fated travelers fleeing [economic] desperation are mistreated, raped, robbed and mutilated.
