Today the State Legislature reconvened specifically to address Mayor Bloomberg's congestion pricing plan for New York City. Assemblyman Greg Ball (R - Carmel) was among the majority of members in the Assembly to support the plan.
"As a state and as a nation we must confront the fundamental reality that our resources are limited and our natural environment is under attack.
