Patna, Sept. 24 -- The Patna High Court today deferred the hearing on the Bihar Government's appeal challenging the acquittal of Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav and his wife Rabri Devi in connection with a disproportionate assets (DA) case till October 31.
Justice Ramesh Kumar Datta adjourned the hearing after Chittranjan Sinha, appearing on behalf of Lalu-Rabri, sought a week's time to move the Supreme Court against the order.
