The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks issued the following news release:
Fish, Wildlife & Parks is seeking applications to fill up to 16 positions on a panel being established to provide input and guidance as FWP begins implementing the Region 6 Prairie Dog Distribution and Objectives Plan.
This Prairie Dog Implementation Committee (PDIC) will be comprised of interested landowners or representatives from landowner organizations in addition to agency personnel from FWP, BLM, DNR and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and representatives from other governmental and non-governmental organizations.
