Creating a system of affordable, quality health care for all Pennsylvanians has long been a goal of state Rep. Nick Micozzie (R-Delaware), Republican chairman of the House Insurance Committee, who hosted two public hearings this week in Upper Darby Township on the governor's state-sponsored health care proposal.
