ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 1 -- Takeshi Ueno of Kawasaki, Japan, Tetsuro Itakura of Tokyo, Zdzislaw Czarnul of late of Gdansk, Poland, and Krystyma Czarnul of Gdansk, Poland, have developed a balanced amplifier.
