ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 2 -- Akinori Tanaka of Osaka, Japan, has developed an ornamental design for a combined container and cap, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office announced.
The inventor was issued U.S. Patent No. D551,569 on Sept. 25.
The patent has been assigned to Alteco Inc., Osaka.
