Oswego County issued the following press release:

The Oswego County Board of Elections is reminding people who wish to vote in the Nov. 6 General Election that they need to register to vote if they haven't already done so.

Election Commissioners Donald Wart and William Scriber announced the following voter registration deadlines:

Mail-in voter registration forms must be postmarked by midnight Friday, Oct. 12 and be received by the Board of Elections no later than Oct. 17 to be valid for the upcoming election. Residents may register in person at the County Board of Elections, 185 E. Seneca St., Oswego, until 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 12.
