New York State Sen. George H. Winner Jr., R-Elmira (53rd District), issued the following news release:
State Senator George H. Winner, Jr. (R-C-I, Elmira) has been named as a 2007 member of the New York Farm Bureau "Circle of Friends."
The "Circle of Friends" is an honorary organization formed in 1990 to recognize New York State legislators who support agriculture. Winner has been named to the organization every year since its inception. The Farm Bureau, which represents more than 35,000 member farm families.
