Rep. Ron Marsico (R-Lower Paxton), Republican chairman of the House Judiciary Committee, is pleased to announce that his legislation to amend Pennsylvania's Wiretap Act by allowing prosecutors to admit evidence obtained from lawful interceptions conducted in another state or by the federal government passed through the Judiciary Committee today.
