Article: Italian Inventors Develop Fluids Flow Rate Measuring Device

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 5 -- Alberto Petrone and Danilo Beraldo, both of Collegno, Italy, Sabrina Bindocci of San Mauro Torinese, Italy, Mario Baccanini of Sant' Antonino Di Saluggia, Italy, Fulvio Benna of Grugliasco, Italy, Paolo Ravedati of Moncalieri, Italy, and Paolo Da Pont of Turin, Italy, have developed a device for measuring flow rate of fluids.
