Pennsylvania State Rep. Craig A. Dally, R-Northampton (138th District), issued the following news release:

All eligible high school seniors planning to further their education after graduation are encouraged to apply for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship, announced Rep Craig Dally (R- Northampton). The deadline to apply is May 1. The Byrd Scholarship Program is a federally funded program that offers merit scholarships to outstanding high school seniors who have been accepted at an institution of higher education.
