Congressman Chris Cannon (R-UT), Ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law, released the following statement upon passage of the Conyers - Cannon Internet Tax Moratorium (HR 3678) out of the House Judiciary Committee today:

While I had hoped we could extend the moratorium permanently, this extension will keep a toll booth off of the information superhighway.
