The City of San Leandro this January is once again joining with more than 100 cities and counties throughout the region in the Bay Area Recycling Outreach Coalition's campaign to reduce wasteful junk mail. The Bay Area Junk Mail Reduction Campaign helps individuals reduce junk mail through five easy steps outlined in the Junk Mail Reduction Kit, which can be easily accessed online at StopJunkMail.org or obtained by calling (877) STOP-WASTE or by writing acwma@stopwaste.org.
