ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 14 -- Claus-Jurgen Steffler of Lohmar, Germany, Wolfgang Muller of Monheim am Rhein, Germany, and Stefan Kollen of Frechen, Germany, have developed a process for feeding dispersible solid fuels.
