The U.S. Department of Justice's U.S. Attorney's office for the Northern District of Iowa issued the following press release:
United States Attorney Matt M. Dummermuth announced today that a Cedar Rapids man was sentenced yesterday to more than 20 years in federal prison for conspiring to distribute over six pounds of crack cocaine in the Cedar Rapids area.
MONTRIVEL WOODS, 29, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa, received the prison term after pleading guilty on January 4, 2007, to conspiring to distribute crack cocaine after being previously convicted of two felony drug offenses.
