The Michigan Public Service Commission released the following notice:

NOTICE OF HEARING FOR THE CUSTOMERS OF ALPENA POWER COMPANY

CASE NO. U-15400

* Alpena Power Company plans to use a power supply cost recovery factor of $0.00474 per kilowatt-hour (kWh) to compute its retail electric customers' bills beginning January 1, 2008 and continuing through December 31, 2008, if the Michigan Public Service Commission approves its request.
