Pennsylvania State Rep. Bernie O'Neill, R-Bucks (29th District), issued the following news release:

All eligible high school seniors planning to further their education after graduation are encouraged to apply for the Robert C. Byrd Honors Scholarship, announced Rep. Bernie O'Neill (R-Bucks). The deadline to apply is May 1.

The Byrd Scholarship Program is a federally-funded program that offers merit scholarships to outstanding high school seniors who have been accepted at an institution of higher education.
