Article: PROJECT HOMELESS CONNECT OPENS IN CHAPEL HILL, OCT. 25

The city of Chapel Hill issued the following press release:

Project Homeless Connect, a one-stop service center for homeless people, will be offered in Chapel Hill from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 25, at Hargraves Community Center, 216 N. Roberson St.

At 8:30 a.m., the numerous volunteers and service providers who have offered to help for the day will be welcomed by U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness Executive Director Philip Mangano. Also scheduled for brief talks are Orange County Partnership to End Homelessness Chair Sally Greene and Inter-faith Council Executive Director Chris Moran.
