The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation New York Field Office issued the following press release:

MICHAEL J. GARCIA, the United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, announced that LAURENCE F. GORDON, 46, pleaded guilty today, three days into his jury trial, to a charge of receiving child pornography over the internet. GORDON pleaded guilty in Manhattan federal court before United States District Judge SAMUEL CONTI. According to the evidence at trial, statements made during GORDON's guilty plea, and documents filed in the case:
