Authorities on Monday failed to recover the submersible pump used in the basement of Glorietta 2 due to ownership issue.
Difficulties in recovering the pump surfaced amidst urgings from Senate Majority Floor Leader Francis "Kiko" Pangilinan for the Philippine National Police (PNP) to release the findings of the joint investigation of Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Australian investigators to erase doubts that they are protecting someone or hiding information in their theory in the recent Glorietta Mall blast.
