Article: REP. CANNON LED INTERNET TAX MORATORIUM BILL HEADED TO PRESIDENT

Rep. Christopher B. Cannon, R-Utah (3rd CD), issued the following news release:

Congressman Chris Cannon (R-UT), released the following statement after the House passed H.R.3678, the "Conyers - Cannon Internet Tax Moratorium" extension for another seven (7) years (concurring with the Senate amendments) and sent it to the President:

"While many of us had hoped to make the moratorium permanent, this extension will protect this burgeoning economic engine from the stifling hand of government. We cannot allow our internet bill to look like our phone bills, full of fees, taxes, and other charges.
