The Connecticut Department of Public Safety issued the following news release:
Members of the Fremont County (Colorado) Combined Investigative Response Team (CIRT) arrested Christopher Scott Bates, DOB 02/02/1967, on Saturday, Oct. 27, on a variety of charges stemming from an undercover Internet investigation.
Bates was charged with the following:
* Criminal Solicitation, class 4 felony
* Sexual Assault on a Child, class 4 felony
* Sexual Exploitation of Children, class 3 felony
At the time of his arrest, Bates gave an address in Norwich, Connecticut, and stated that he worked in the advertising department of a ...
