Rep. Jack Kingston, R-Ga. (1st CD), issued the following news release:
Yesterday, Congressman Jack Kingston (R-GA/01) continued pushing for immigration reform with a letter to President Bush requesting that an Executive Order be issued stating that the federal government may only contract with an entity that participates in the Social Security Verification (E-Verify) program.
"This summer, President Bush took an important step forward in the immigration debate by issuing a series of reforms, including a "No-Match" regulation that will help employers ensure their workers are legal.
