Gov. Bill Ritter, D-Colo., has issued the following news release:
Gov. Bill Ritter today issued an executive order allowing employee organizations to establish partnership agreements with the state, bringing managers and employees together to make government more effective and efficient for the public.
"From Day 1, I vowed to make state government more effective, reliable and accountable," Gov. Ritter said. "Already, we have begun to reform the way we do business, in large part by asking state employees for their ideas and input.
