House Majority Leader Steny H. Hoyer (MD) released the following statement in support of the Trade and Globalization Assistance Act (H.R. 3920), which strengthens and improves services provided to American workers through the Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) program:

"When TAA was established in 1962, it represented a commitment to ensure the viability of American workers adversely affected by international trade.
