The Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs issued the following news release:
The first of about 90 soldiers from the Wisconsin Army National Guard's 1st Battalion, 147th Aviation are safely back in the United States after completing a one-year mission in Kosovo. A chartered airliner carrying 50 soldiers arrived at Indianapolis International Airport Sunday evening, and the soldiers are now completing demobilization processing at Camp Atterbury, Ind. Two more groups of soldiers will arrive in Indiana within the next few days.
