Rep. Todd Tiahrt, R-Kan. (4th CD), issued the following news release:

U.S. Rep. Todd Tiahrt (R-Goddard) on Sunday along with his wife Vicki will be attending "Operation Homecoming" at the Warren Theatre on East 13th Street in Wichita. This program honors our service members and their families and stems from the book "Operation Homecoming: Iraq, Afghanistan, and the Home Front, in the words of U.S. Troops and Their Families."

This unique program was created by the National Endowment for the Arts in 2004, in coordination with the Defense Department, to help U.S. service members and their families write about their wartime experiences.
