The government of New Zealand issued the following news release:
I would like to reinforce David's comments regarding the commitment the Prime Minister has made to the sustainability agenda. It is the kind of leadership New Zealand needs to take it forward in the 21st century. I'd also like to acknowledge the many officials who have worked tirelessly and under extraordinary pressure to develop this package over the last year.
