ALEXANDRIA, Va., Nov. 17 -- Kevin D. Rea of Wauwatosa, Wis., Stephen C. Lapin of Waterford, Wis., and Paul Eugene Snowwhite Jr. of Dexter, Mich., have developed flexible packaging materials.
