'Michael Clayton' Helps Peg Actor George Clooney
I've often thought that George Clooney could become the next Cary Grant. He's handsome, with his wavy hair and chiseled chin. And he can be suave and distinguished, with a twinkle in his eye.
But alas, I sometimes think he aspires more to be Frank Sinatra, a ring-ading-ding playboy with his own rat pack.
Witness his movie choices and you'll understand my confusion:
Sophisticated comedies like "Intolerable Cruelty" or "Without Reservations" indeed Cary Grant moments.
