Article: FBI, KNOXVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT, KNOX COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE SEARCH FOR OLDER MAN WHO HAS NOW ROBBED FOUR BANKS IN TWO STATES

The U.S. Department of Justice's Federal Bureau of Investigation Knoxville Field Office issued the following press release:

The Knoxville Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Chief of Police Sterling P. Owen, IV of the Knoxville Police Department (KPD), and Chief Deputy Tom Spangler of the Knox County Sheriff's Office (KCSO), are asking for the public's assistance in identifying the man who robbed a Knoxville bank today.

At approximately 11:30 this morning, a man entered the Tennessee Members First Federal Credit Union at 9307A Kingston Pike. He presented a note demanding money. After receiving an undetermined amount of money, the robber left the bank on foot. Witnesses ...
